I think you might be a little confused as to what an evacuee is.
Evacuees were children who were evacuated from big cities to avoid the bombing in the second world war.
The labels or tags contained information about their name, address and school because many of the children were too scared or young to remember this information.
It's got nothing to do with the yellow badges Jews were forced to wear in Nazi Germany.
